- Applied directly to skin or NEAT
- Internal (under the care of a medical professional or certified aromatherapist)
- Diluted in Carrier Oil (often a 1:10 ratio is a good place to start or 1 drop essential oil in 10 drops carrier oil)
- Massage Oil Blends
- Vaporized
- Added to baths
- Diffused
- Room Sprays
- Added to Household Products and Cleaners
- Added to Personal Care Products
Please consult an essential oil reference guide before using as many oils require dilution and other safety precautions. Not all oils can be used in every common method.
