A support ticket MUST be completed before any technical or clinical support can be provided.

Search support articles or login to track your existing support requests. If you have not created a ticket yet, you need to register or create a new ticket to begin. Please watch the support instructional video below before attempting to file a ticket.

There will be a charge for live phone support. Support will be billed at $65.00 per hour with a $50.00 minimum charge.
